I haven’t received a confirmation email

First, check your spam. It is possible that the confirmation email ended up there.  Is it not there?

You may have made a typo in your email address. If you are logged in (https://app.defytickets.com/account), you can view your email address under ‘Your Profile’ and adjust it if necessary.  If you have changed your e-mail address, you will receive all future DeFy e-mails there.

Then of course what if you missed the confirmation email. Don’t panic: your ticket will not be sent by email.  Here is all the important information from the email:

Your tickets are securely stored online in your DeFy account, which you can open on your mobile phone.  It’s a good idea to do this before the event to save time and avoid long lines.  You can find your tickets at any time on https://app.defytickets.com/account or via our app.
